Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately, giving you instant access to higher limits and new features.

How to Upgrade#

1. Go to Settings in your dashboard
2. Click Billing or Manage Subscription
3. Select the plan you want to upgrade to
4. Complete payment through Stripe

You'll have immediate access to your new plan's features.

Prorated Billing#

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you only pay the difference:

Example: You're on Creator ($29/mo) and upgrade to Pro ($79/mo) halfway through your billing cycle.

• You've already paid $29 for the full month
• You get credit for the unused portion (~$14.50)
• You pay the difference for Pro for the remaining time (~$25)
• Next month, you pay the full Pro price ($79)

Stripe handles this calculation automatically.

What Happens to Your Data#

Everything transfers:

• All bookmarks remain intact
• Competitor channels stay tracked
• Pipeline videos keep their status
• Generated thumbnails remain accessible
• Team members keep their access

New limits apply immediately:

• If you were at 100 bookmarks (free limit), you can now add up to 10,000 (Creator limit)
• Monthly limits reset to the new plan's amounts

Upgrading from Free#

When upgrading from Free to a paid plan:

1. You'll enter payment information for the first time
2. Choose monthly or annual billing
3. Your account upgrades instantly
4. No data is lost

Switching Billing Cycles#

To switch from monthly to annual (and save 17%):

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Manage Subscription
3. Select annual billing
4. The change applies at your next renewal
