Connecting Titles and Thumbnails

The Pipeline integrates with the Title Generator and Thumbnail Generator. Attach generated assets directly to your videos.

The Packaging Stage#

The "Packaging" stage is where titles and thumbnails come together:

1. Video reaches Packaging stage
2. Generate or select a title
3. Generate or create a thumbnail
4. Finalize and move to Scheduled

This ensures every video has polished packaging before publishing.

Attaching Titles#

Generate From Video Context#

1. Open your video in the Pipeline
2. Click "Generate Titles"
3. The generator uses your working title as input
4. Review the 10 generated options
5. Click "Attach" on your favorite

Attach an Existing Title#

If you've already generated titles:

1. Go to your video
2. Click "Attach Title"
3. Browse previously generated titles
4. Select the one you want

Manual Title Entry#

You can also type a title directly:

1. Open video details
2. Edit the "Final Title" field
3. Save

Attaching Thumbnails#

Generate From Video#

1. Open your video in the Pipeline
2. Click "Generate Thumbnail"
3. Enter your headline and description
4. Review generated variants
5. Click "Attach" on your choice

From Thumbnail Projects#

If you have a thumbnail project:

1. Generate thumbnails in the project
2. Click "Attach to Video"
3. Select the Pipeline video
4. Thumbnail links automatically

Upload Custom Thumbnail#

Made your thumbnail elsewhere?

1. Open video details
2. Click "Upload Thumbnail"
3. Select your image file
4. Thumbnail attaches to the video

Managing Video Assets#

Viewing Attached Assets#

On any video card or detail view, you can see:

• Attached title (if any)
• Attached thumbnail (preview)
• Generation source

Changing Attachments#

To swap a title or thumbnail:

1. Open video details
2. Click the current attachment
3. Choose "Replace" or "Remove"
4. Attach the new asset

Orphan Assets#

Assets not attached to any video are "orphaned":

• They still exist in your account
• You can attach them later
• They count toward storage limits

Periodically clean up unused assets to save space.

Workflow Tips#

Generate in Batches#

For efficiency:

1. Script 5 videos
2. Generate titles for all 5
3. Generate thumbnails for all 5
4. Move to production

This keeps creative work together.

Title First, Then Thumbnail#

Recommended order:

1. Finalize your title (it affects thumbnail text)
2. Generate thumbnail using the final title
3. Ensure consistency between them

Keep Variations#

Don't delete unused titles immediately:

• They might inspire future videos
• You can A/B test later
• Good for content repurposing

Monthly Limits#

Remember your plan's limits:

Each generation creates 10 titles or 4 thumbnail variants.
