Team members share access to your workspace and its channels.

Workspace Roles#

Owner#

The account holder with full control:

  • Manage billing and subscription
  • Invite and remove team members
  • Access all features
  • Delete the workspace

There's only one Owner per workspace.

Editor#

Full production access:

  • Create and edit videos
  • Move videos through stages
  • Generate titles and thumbnails
  • Manage bookmarks and competitors
  • Cannot manage billing or team

Best for: Editors, VAs, content managers

Viewer#

Read-only access:

  • View all videos and their status
  • See titles and thumbnails
  • Read notes and details
  • Cannot create, edit, or delete anything

Best for: Clients, stakeholders, reviewers

Inviting Team Members#

  1. Go to SettingsTeam
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role (Editor or Viewer)
  5. Click Send Invite

They'll receive an email to join your workspace.

Managing Team Members#

Changing Roles#

  1. Go to SettingsTeam
  2. Find the team member
  3. Click the role dropdown
  4. Select new role

Changes take effect immediately.

Removing Team Members#

  1. Go to SettingsTeam
  2. Find the team member
  3. Click Remove
  4. Confirm removal

They lose access immediately but their work remains.

What Teams Can See#

All team members in a workspace see:

  • All channels in the workspace
  • All videos and their status
  • Notes and details on videos
  • Generated titles and thumbnails
  • Bookmarks and competitors

There's no private content within a workspace.

Creator + Editor#

Common for solo creators with editing help:

  1. Creator (Owner): Research, script, record
  2. Editor: Edit video, move through post-production stages
  3. Creator: Final review, packaging, publish

Agency Model#

For managing multiple clients:

  1. Agency (Owner): Overall management
  2. Team members (Editors): Handle client channels
  3. Clients (Viewers): Review progress

Content Team#

For companies with dedicated content teams:

  1. Lead (Owner): Strategy and oversight
  2. Writers (Editors): Scripting and research
  3. Producers (Editors): Recording and editing
  4. Stakeholders (Viewers): Approval and review

Upgrading for More Team Members#

If you need more team members:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Upgrade to Pro (3 members) or Team (20 members)
  3. New slots are available immediately
